Megan Charles, Women's Basketball

Senior Megan Charles led the Chapman University women’s basketball team in four offensive categories last week. The guard drained 19 points, tallied five rebounds, recorded three assists and made three steals against Biola on Saturday. Charles caught fire in the fourth quarter, recording 13 of her 19 points to earn her third consecutive game with double digit scoring in the second half. Charles currently ranks second in the SCIAC averaging 14.8 points per game and was named the women’s basketball SCIAC Athlete of the Week last week after hitting a game-high 22 points against No. 8 George Fox. This season the Tarzana native leads Chapman in points per game and rebounds per game with 4.8.
