Nancy Zhu, Women's Swimming and Diving

Freshman Nancy Zhu helped the Chapman University women’s swim and dive team to a victory over Caltech at the first SCIAC dual meet of the season this past Saturday. Zhu took first place in the 200 IM with a finals time of 2:18.27, finishing nearly two seconds before the second place finisher. The rookie then anchored the Panthers to a first place finish in the 400 free relay with a finals time of 3:50.73.

Zhu also anchored one of Chapman’s three teams in the 400 medley relay, helping the Panthers to a fifth place finish with a final time of 4:24.03.
