Gabi Siguenza, Women's Track and Field

Sophomore Gabi Siguenza broke the Chapman 400m hurdle record this weekend at the Ben Brown Invitational, earning this week’s Athlete of the Week honors. Siguenza set her personal record of 1:07.96, shattering the previous school record set in 2010 by Peyton Collins who ran it in 1:08.07. The Redwood City native also placed 13th in the third heat of the 400m race with a time of 1:03.10.
