Junior wide receiver Trevor Vill hauled in three touchdowns in the Panthers’ dominant 62-0 victory over Occidental on Saturday night, setting the single-season record for touchdown receptions. The Eugene, Ore. Native now has 11 touchdown receptions, surpassing the record that Jacob Isabel set in the 2017 season.

The receiver caught for back-to-back touchdowns in the second quarter to give the Panthers a hefty 21-point lead over the Tigers. With a 41-yard reception as the clock expired in the third quarter, Vill became the single-season record holder while giving Chapman a 56-0 lead.

After tallying 144 yards on just six receptions against Occidental, the receiver has posted over 100 yards receiving in all five games this season.
