Bio

Lloyd was a true coaching institution at Chapman, compiling 529 wins in his 16 seasons as head coach at both the Division II and III levels. His teams played in the NCAA Division III championship game in 1996 and 1998, and won the national title in 1995, Chapman's first and only softball championship. He retired after the 1998 season, as the winningest active coach in Division III. Following Chapman’s move to Division III, Lisle had players named to the All-America team 12 times, including one National Player of the Year. In addition, six of his players were named to Academic All-America teams. His teams annually combined one of the best records and one of the best team GPAs in the nation, fully embodying the spirit of Division III athletics.
