Adams joined the Panthers in 2014, after spending three years building and developing wide receivers at him alma mater University of Charleston, WV earning a record of 15-5. He also spent a year coaching running backs for SCIAC rival Claremont-Mudd-Scripps earning a record of 3-7. Prior to coaching, the Defensive Captain led Santa Monica College to the 2003 Division Championships and then transferred to University of Charleston, WV to continue his career as a DB/WR. He received Honorable Mention for All-Conference WR and was named team captain in 2005, as well as being recognized as the Bridge Builder Award for Community Service and Leadership. In only four years of coaching, Adams has coached several NFL prospects including DB/WR Aaron Higdon, WR/RB/QB Murvin Johnson, WR Terrance Spencer, RB Rusty Taylor and DB Mike Williams. He earned a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Charleston, WV (2007) then continued on at Ohio University to earn a Masters in Sports Administration and Facility.
