Ray named SCIAC Athlete of the Week

Senior Devin Ray anchored a stout Panther defense in a 19-17 win against Trinity to earn SCIAC Athlete of the Week for the first time in his career. The senior linebacker had 13 tackles, playing a big role in limiting the Tigers to just three first-half points. The linebacker had one of the Panthers nine tackles for loss and forced a fumble. The Panther defense forced a pair of fumbles and picked off two passes en route to the win. Ray currently ranks in the top-10 of conference players with a total of 18 tackles this season.
