Ticket information for Homecoming football game

Tickets to Chapman's Homecoming football game on Saturday, Oct. 7 at 7 p.m. are available to purchase online and will be available on the day of the game at Ernie Chapman Stadium unless the game is sold out prior to Saturday. Please be aware that a ticket guarantees entrance to the game but does not guarantee a seat in the stadium. All fans must secure a wristband to guarantee a seat in Ernie Chapman Stadium at no extra cost.

Please refer to the following FAQ with any questions:

How much are tickets and where can I buy them?

A: Football tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for youth. Tickets can be purchased now by clicking here, or at the stadium prior to the game until they are sold out. The Ernie Chapman Stadium box office opens two hours prior to kickoff at 5 p.m.

Am I guaranteed a seat?

You ARE guaranteed entry into the game but NOT a seat in the main stadium. All tickets are general admission and you MUST secure a wristband at no extra cost in order to guarantee a seat in the main stadium.

How do I get a wristband?

Wristbands will be handed out on a first-come, first-serve basis at both ends of Ernie Chapman Stadium – along Gray Victory Way on the south side of the stadium. Fans can secure a wristband starting a 5 p.m. when the box office opens.

Do students need wristbands?

Yes. Students can get in the game for free with a Chapman ID but still need to obtain a wristband to get a seat in the stadium. Chapman Athletics has reserved 300 wristbands for Chapman students. These can be claimed at the entrance in McCardle Court on a first-come, first-serve basis. Any unclaimed wristbands at kickoff will be redistributed to general admission.

I'm a Whittier fan. Do I still need a wristband?

Yes. If you are on the team's pass list, you can pick up your wristband when you enter the stadium until kickoff. Please enter on the north end of the stadium (closest to Walnut Ave.) through McCardle Court. At kickoff, any unclaimed wristbands will be redistributed to general admission. Any fans not on the team's pass list will be subject to the general admission policies outlined in this FAQ.

Can I secure a wristband before Saturday?

No. All wristbands will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis when the box office opens at 5 p.m.

Do I need to stand in one line to get a ticket and one to get a wristband?

Yes. If you would like to sit in the main stadium, you are encouraged to buy your ticket online (here). There will be one line to purchase a ticket and a separate line to secure a wristband.

What happens if I don't get a wristband?

You are still guaranteed entry into the game. The Panthers' fan zone will be set up behind the north end zone. You do NOT need a wristband to gain entry into the fan zone on the field and can enter at any time after the stadium opens. Entry to the fan zone will be through McCardle Court on the north end of the stadium (along Walnut St.).

I don't want to stand behind the end zone. Are there any alternate options?

Yes. The Panther Pub will be open in the Piazza just south of Wilson Field. Enjoy a casual hangout with friends, watch the football game live-streamed on an LED wall, rock out to a live performance by The Trip and capture some memories in our photo booth! You do NOT need a ticket to enter the Panther Pub in the Piazza.
