A pair of top-20 individual finishes could not help the Chapman University men’s golf team from tying for seventh place at the SCIAC Tournament #4 at Brookside Golf Club in Pasadena on Tuesday. The tournament was the second-to-last event of the season for the Panthers.

The Chapman University men’s golf team dug themselves into an early hole at the three-day Kingsmen Invitational which ended Tuesday, finishing 13th in the 14-team field at La Purisma Golf Course.

The Chapman University men’s golf team finished with a three-day score of 964 at the St. Paddy Day Classic hosted by the University of Redlands over the weekend, good enough for fourth place in the five-team tournament at East Valley Golf Club.
One stroke gives Panthers first dual-match win

A one-stroke victory gave the Chapman University men’s golf team their first win of the season. The Panthers defeated Cal Lutheran University 313-314, Tuesday at Tierra Rejada Golf Club. Strong finishes from senior Van Pierce and sophomore Addison Devone – both shot a even-par 36 on the back nine – helped the Panthers come away with the win.
