Wise repeats as All-SCIAC First Team selection

ORANGE, Calif. – For the second season in a row, Chapman University men's golf senior Bryan Wise landed All-SCIAC First Team honors. Wise led the Panthers in all three SCIAC tournaments this season, finishing in the top-10 in all three.

The senior from Granite Bay, Calif., had a career-best and school record 73.8 stroke average this season. He finished the regular season ranked 44th in all of Division III. He shot seven rounds this year at or below par.

Wise took fifth in the SCIAC #1, finished one stroke back of the leader in SCIAC #2 and wrapped up his career with an eighth place finish in the SCIAC Championship. He leaves Chapman with the two best stroke averages in school history. He is tied for the school record for a single low round and a 54-hole low score.

His second selection to the All-SCIAC First Team is a first for the program. He is the only Chapman men's golfer to be recognized on an All-SCIAC team.
