Chapman’s all-time leader in assists (129 at start of 2009) and steals (349 at start of 2009)…2008: selected to the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches All-American Team…given an Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches All Academic Award…played in all 30 games as a junior…first on the team in assists (45) and steals (125)…second on the team with 40 goals… 2007: set Chapman’s single-season steals record with 134 besting his previous school record of 90…played in all 30 games as a sophomore…second on the team with 39 goals on 94 shots…second on the team in assists with 45… 2006: elected to the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches All-American Academic Team with a 3.24 GPA… finished the season with 90 steals (third all-time) and 39 assists (fifth all-time)…played in 25 games…third on the team with 36 goals on 107 shots which ranked second on the team…HS: two-sport athlete as member of water polo team and swim team…participated in both for each of his four years in high school…two-time team MVP…an All-CIF selection in 2005…
