O'Brien earns SCIAC AOTW honors

ORANGE, Calif. - Junior center Jeff O'Brien continued to be a force for the Chapman University men's water polo team on offense, scoring six goals against the No. 1 and No. 3 teams in Division III last week to earn SCIAC AOTW honors for the first time in his career.

On Wednesday, he scored four goals and tallied three earned ejections against Whittier. The junior was 4-for-6 reaching the back of the net and also recorded three steals in the match.

On Saturday, he scored a pair of goals and tallied five earned ejections against regular season SCIAC Champions Pomona. In the match, O'Brien's two scores came in the second half after recording a steal as well.
