Asalone selected to All-SCIAC Second Team

ORANGE, Calif. – Freshman Graham Asalone was selected to the All-SCIAC Second Team after a stellar first year with the Panthers in which he marked his name in the Chapman record books.

Asalone dished out 69 total assists this season, leading both the Panthers and the SCIAC all while setting the single-season record at Chapman. The attacker led the Panthers in all facets of offense, tallying 26 goals and a conference-high 38 assists against SCIAC opponents. He racked up 64 total points in conference matches, leading the SCIAC by 18 points. The Carlsbad native also added 22 steals and 19 earned exclusions against SCIAC teams to his already-impressive resume.

Asalone helped the Panthers to a 7-7 record in SCIAC in his rookie season and looks to return to the pool in the 2019 season.
