Omilian qualifies for National Championships

ATLANTA, Ga. — An impressive showing at the NCAA Diving Regionals, a fourth place finish in the one-meter dive and sixth in the three-meter, will send Reid Omilian to compete at the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships Greensboro, N.C. in March.

Omilian tallied a score of 413.2 on the one-meter, which was the total that sent him through. Omilian is the second Panther to qualify for nationals, and first men's diver to do so — Kellyn Toole is the only other Chapman diver to reach the National Championship.

Omilian will compete in North Carolina Mar. 15-18 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
