Full Tournament Bracket

ORANGE, Calif. – After winning the SCIAC Tournament title on Saturday, the NCAA announced that the Chapman University women's basketball team will be headed to St. Paul, Minn. To take on St. Thomas in the first round of the NCAA Division III Women's Basketball Championship this weekend.

The Panthers were the final team to be announced during the selection show and will be playing the hosts from St. Thomas. Chicago and Wisconsin Lutheran join the pod in St. Paul with the winners of both games facing off on Saturday in the second round.

The Panthers will square off with the Tommies for the third time in school history although the pair haven't met since 2009. Both matchup have come on a neutral court in Redlands, Calif. with the Panthers taking the first matchup 62-60 in 2006 and the Tommies winning 80-75 in 2009. Chapman has never faced Chicago and beat Wisconsin Lutheran last year in the only meeting between the two programs.

Game time has yet to be announced but will appear on ChapmanAthletics.com when it is determined.
