Lewis earns third consecutive SCIAC honor

ORANGE, Calif. – For the second year in a row, senior Emily Lewis earned All-SCIAC First Team honors after a stellar final season for the Panthers.

Lewis earned her third consecutive All-SCIAC award and second First Team selection after another outstanding season. Lewis finished the first SCIAC meet tied for 14th place overall after shooting a 162 (+18). The captain shaved 13 strokes off her score to take sixth place overall in the second SCIAC meet.

Lewis finished in the top-10 at the SCIAC Championships for the third consecutive season a couple of weekends ago. She shot 17-over par to tie for seventh overall. She helped the Panthers earn a fourth place finish in the SCIAC standings in just the third year of the program.

The Los Alamitos native has led the Panthers on the links since the program's inaugural season in 2016-17, earning All-SCIAC honors in every eligible season.
