Chapman Athletics hosted another Town Hall on July 28 for student-athletes and their families to deliver updates and answer question on the impact of the cancellation of high-risk sports through the end of the school year.

In accordance with public health guidance and safety standards, as well as NCAA Resocialization recommendations, the SCIAC Presidents have unanimously agreed to cancel conference competition for NCAA categorized high-contact risk sports in the fall semester.
Chapman sets new high for SCIAC All-Academic selections

Nearly half of Chapman University student-athletes were recognized when the SCIAC released its annual All-Academic list today. Chapman set a new program high with 250 SCIAC All-Academic selections, far surpassing the previous high of 221.

Junior Lauren Settle led the Chapman University women?s golf team at SCIAC #1 with a 12th-place finish. The Panthers took sixth as a team at the first SCIAC event of the season.

The Chapman University women’s golf team fell to Claremont-Mudd-Scripps in its first round of the spring. The Panthers shot a 362 (+74) while the Athenas put together a team score of 309 (+21).

The Chapman University women’s golf team will tee it up for the first time in 2020 when the Panthers face off against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on Friday. The Panthers return five golfers to the team and add three new freshmen in the fourth season of Chapman’s newest program.

Sophomore Kristen Lee shot the low round for the Chapman University women’s golf team in a three-team match with Claremont-Mudd-Scripps and Redlands. The Panthers shot 51-over 339 at Tustin Ranch against two of the best teams in the nation.
Lee sets school record and finishes in top-5

Sophomore Kristen Lee turned in the lowest two-round score in the four-year history of the Chapman University women’s golf team at the CA State Invitational this week. She finished in fifth on the leaderboard after shooting two-over par for the tournament with a 146.
