Chapman Athletics unveils annual Senior Awards winners

Chapman University Athletics celebrated another outstanding year with its annual Jog-a-thon at Wilson Field on Friday. The Panthers looked back on all the successes of the 2015-16 seasons and honored four seniors with the department’s annual awards.
Accolades continue for Fedden

Chapman University senior M Haley Fedden has been named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) All-West Region team for the 2015 seasons. The three-time All-Conference selection was named Second Team All-Region for the second time in her career.
Fedden becomes first Chapman recipient of Brine Award

Senior captain Haley Fedden received the Brine Award of Distinction and earned All-Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) first team honors, the conference office announced on Tuesday. Fedden is the first Chapman student-athlete in women’s soccer program history to receive the Brine Award of Distinction.

The Chapman University women’s soccer team upset second-place Claremont-Mudd-Scripps at home in a 3-2 overtime thriller at Wilson Field on Wednesday. Junior F Julia Diaz scored the golden goal for the Panthers at the 98’ minute mark to give the Panthers their first win in four games

ORANGE, Calif. – The Chapman University women’s soccer team dropped another tough one at home in a 2-0 ‘Pink Out’ match against Cal Lutheran at Wilson Field on Saturday. The Panthers have fallen into a five-game slump and are now 4-8 overall and 1-7 in SCIAC.
Late goal spells trouble for Chapman

The Chapman University women's soccer team fell to University of Redlands 1-0 at Wilson Field on Wednesday afternoon. The Panthers (4-5 overall, 1-4 SCIAC) and Bulldogs (5-1-1 overall, 4-1 SCIAC) went head-to-head for 87 minutes of aggressive play before the Bulldogs capitalized on a free-kick opportunity.
Panthers fall to first-place La Verne 2-0 at home

The Chapman University women's soccer team battled with the heat and Leopards for 90 minutes on Saturday morning at Wilson Field falling 2-0 to University of La Verne at home. The Panthers move to 4-4 overall and 1-3 SCIAC while La Verne moves to a 5-2-1 record overall and 3-1 in SCIAC for first-place seeding in conference.
