Holloway earns Academic All-District Honors

ORANGE, Calif. - Senior Faith Holloway earned a spot on the Google Cloud Academic All-District First Team after another impressive performance on the field and in the classroom this year.

The defender just concluded her fourth and final season, anchoring the Panther back line for the fourth year in a row. Holloway started in 70 of the 72 games she played in a Chapman jersey, appearing in 14 matches this season. In her final season, she tallied a career-high three goals, helping the Panthers to an 11-4-3 overall record. The Rocklin, Calif. native helped Chapman post 10 shutouts this season and rank 10th in the nation with a 0.890 goals-against average.

Not only is Holloway impressive on the field, but she is also an extraordinary worker inside the classroom, pursuing a degree in one of Chapman's hardest majors, Biological Sciences. Despite her busy schedule, she has managed to maintain a perfect 4.00 grade point average over the course of her academic career.

This is her second consecutive season earning Google Cloud Academic All-District honors. The two-time team captain also earned All-SCIAC Second Team honors in her final season with the Panthers.
