Bio

Alumna Corrine Blaine (formerly Ostrovsky) returns to Chapman to join head coach Mary Cahill's staff as the Assistant Coach in 2019. After graduating from Chapman, Blaine stayed around the game as a club coach prior to returning to Chapman.

Blaine (maiden name Ostrovsky) was an All-American setter at Chapman from 2011-13, playing for Cahill's last team to make the NCAA Tournament in 2012. She led the NCAA Division III in assists per set in 2012 and graduated with both the career and season assists records at Chapman.

She went on to coach at Reef Volleyball Club in Thousand Oaks, Calif. and Club One Volleyball in Tempe, Ariz.

Blaine earned her Master's from Arizona State in Communication Disorders in 2017 and has a Certificate of Clinical Competence for Speech-Language Pathologists from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
