ORANGE, Calif. – Freshman women's water polo player Audrey Hattori was selected to the All-SCIAC Second Team this morning. The rookie capped off a breakout first season with the award.

In her first season with the Panthers, Hattori immediately entered the starting lineup as a driver. She led the Panthers in the pool with 35 goals and 30 assists for a team-high 65 points. In SCIAC play she scored 19 goals and tallied 18 assists. Hattori also led the squad with 34 earned exclusions.

The Santa Monica native ranked second in the SCIAC in assists, as well as fourth in points and third with 50 steals. Hattori was the only Panther selected to an All-SCIAC team after Chapman earned a fifth place finish in the conference standings and a 10-17 overall record.

Senior Mary Welton was selected to the All-SCIAC Sportmanship Team for her work in and out of the pool.
