Hattori earns SCIAC weekly defensive award

ORANGE, Calif. – Sophomore Audrey Hattori was named the women's water polo SCIAC Defensive Athlete of the Week following a standout effort against Toronto.

The sophomore out of Santa Monica, Calif., came away with four steals and drew four ejections to highlight the effort. She also scored a pair of goals with two assists in the narrow loss to the Varsity Blues.

Hattori was an All-American and All-SCIAC selection as a freshman in 2018. This is her second career weekly honor from the SCIAC.

The Panthers are back in action at Claremont-Mudd-Scripps on Feb. 27 at 7 p.m.
