SCIAC recognizes 178 Panthers on All-Academic team, every Chapman team above a 3.0

An impressive number of Chapman University student-athletes were again recognized for their work in the classroom. The Panthers placed 178 student-athletes on the SCIAC’s annual All-Academic team, the conference announced on Thursday.
Orr and Wasserman earn West Region honors

After a two week break, the Chapman University men’s and women’s cross country teams traveled to Salem, Ore. to compete at the rainy and muddy NCAA Division III West Regionals hosted by Willamette University. The men landed two rookies on the NCAA All-West Region team while the women had their strongest pack outing finishing within seconds of each other after competing in less than optimal conditions.
Rookies lead Chapman to seventh place finish at Championships

The Chapman University men's and women's cross country teams finished seventh at the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Championship meet held at Prado Park on Saturday. The Panthers were led by freshmen Avery Cardosi and Elijah Orr who helped the women's team finish with 174 points and the men's team score 179.
Strong showing with multiple PRs at Pomona-Pitzer Invite

Chapman University men’s and women’s cross country teams ran in the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational this weekend with the men placing sixth overall and fifth among SCIAC teams and the women placing ninth overall and sixth among SCIAC teams. Three of the women recorded season-bests in the 6K race.

The Chapman University men's and women's cross country teams competed in the Panthers’ first SCIAC Multi-Dual Meet of the season to earn a program best finish of 4-4 on the women’s side and a 1-7 finish on the men’s side.

The Chapman University men's and women's cross country teams toed the line at the California State University of San Bernardino Invite for the first time in program history. Both the men’s and women’s team finished seventh overall.

The Chapman University men's and women's cross country teams opened season with strong outings at the 36th Annual UC Riverside Invitational. The men’s team finished 18th overall and the women’s team finished eighth.
