Junior Joe Jimenez went 4-for-6 in three games with two walks this past weekend, earning this week’s Athlete of the Week honors. In the opener against Occidental, Jimenez hit a double and a solo home run. His homerun produced the only run in the first six innings and he doubled in the seventh to spark a two-run rally.

The San Francisco native scored five of the six times he got on base in the series against the Tigers to help the Panthers sweep their second SCIAC series in a row and win their seventh game in a row.
