Nearly half of Chapman University student-athletes were recognized when the SCIAC released its annual All-Academic list today. Chapman set a new program high with 250 SCIAC All-Academic selections, far surpassing the previous high of 221.

Senior Joe Jimenez signed a free agent contract with the Pittsburgh Pirates, joining teammate Nick Garcia in the Pirates’ organization. Jimenez and Garcia both signed their contracts on Thursday, July 2.
