DEEP THREAT RIVARD

• Sophomore Noah Rivard has become the Panthers deep threat over the last two games. Upon returning from injury, two of Rivard's nine catches have gone for over 50 yards.
• Sophomore Mac Vail found Rivard for a 56-yard touchdown against Pomona-Pitzer and again for an 85-yard score at Occidental.
• In his three games, Rivard ranks second on the team with 211 yards and an average of 70.3 yards per game. His 23.4 yards per catch also leads the squad. 

MYERS CAREER YEAR

• Senior Sean Myers has nearly put up career numbers at the halfway point of the season. He is four catches, 64 yards and a touchdown short of career-highs. With an average of over six receptions and 76 yards per game, he is well within reach of his career-bests this week.
• Myers ranks first in receiving TDs, first in receptions per game and second in the SCIAC in receiving yards per game.

RETURN GAME REMAINS STRONG

• Chapman's kick and punt return unit has remained one of the top in Division III through the first half of the season. The Panthers average kick return of 24.43 yards ranks 19th in Division III while their average punt return of 15.08 yards ranks 25th.
• Individually, junior Ethan Weinstein ranks ninth in the country with an average return of 29.7 yards per kick return and Sean Myers' 12.4 yards per punt return ranks 27th.

SERIES HISTORY

• Chapman has won the last two meetings with Cal Lutheran but the Kingsmen lead the all-time series 13-7. Prior to the Panthers current run, Cal Lutheran won the previous five meetings between the two.
• Last season, the Panthers outscored the Kingsmen 31-14 in the second half  to fuel a big 45-21 win. Jeremiah McKibbins went off for 211 yards on just 13 carries whle Garrett Frediani and Rami Hanna each came away with an interception on defense.
