Record-breaking season leads to All-SCIAC honors for Moore

ORANGE, Calif. – Junior Hayden Moore completed his first season at Chapman with All-SCIAC Second Team honors. The junior transfer led the Panthers in scoring this year.

Moore was the only player to start all 25 games overall and all 16 games in the SCIAC for Chapman. He led Chapman and ranked sixth in the SCIAC with 15.6 points per game during the SCIAC season. He also ranked fourth in the conference while playing in over 35 minutes per game.

The transfer from Huntington Beach, Calif. led the SCIAC with 60 made three-pointers in conference play and a school record of 92 made three-pointers this season. Moore missed just one free throw all season long, going 43-for-44 from the charity stripe.

The Panthers ended the season with a 15-10 overall record and finished sixth in the SCIAC.
