Every team over a 3.2, 270 recognized as SCIAC All-Academic

The SCIAC recognized 270 Chapman University student-athletes on its annual All-Academic list. Collectively, Panther student-athletes raised the bar for academic achievement as every team achieved a 3.2 team GPA or better.

Prussak, Baumann earn All-American recognition

Two Panthers landed All-American honors as chosen by the Association of Collegiate Water Polo Coaches. Sophomore Everett Prussak and senior Ryan Baumann each earned their first career All-American selections.

A pair of sophomore Panthers were selected to the All-SCIAC men’s water polo teams, announced on Tuesday. Everett Prussak and Nate Randolph were each recognized on the Second Team.

The sixth-seeded Chapman University men’s water polo team fell 17-14 at third-seeded Cal Lutheran in the opening round of the SCIAC Tournament. With the loss, Chapman’s season comes to an end.

Men's water polo sends off seniors with win

November 12, 2022

The Chapman University men’s water polo team sent off its seniors with a 14-11 win over visiting Cal Lutheran on Saturday. Everett Prussack led the Panthers with four goals. Chapman swept the season series from Cal Lutheran.

Men’s water polo took the top-ranked Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens down to the wire, falling 12-11 after leading at the end of the first half. Ryan Baumann, Dylan Gallegos and Everett Prussak combined for eight of the Panthers’ goals. However, Chapman was able to keep the game close by playing stout defense throughout the contest.

The Chapman University men’s water polo team dropped a SCIAC match to visiting Whittier 14-10 on Saturday. A slow start to the match proved too much to overcome in the second half.

The Chapman University men’s water polo team fell 13-12 to visiting Occidental on Wednesday. Three different Panthers scored twice in the near comeback.

Men’s water polo fell to Redlands on Saturday, Sept. 24, 10-6. The Panthers were led by Nate Randolph who scored three goals, recording a hat trick.

Ben Blatt made 12 saves and Everett Prussak scored the game-winner to lift the Chapman University men’s water polo team to a 10-9 win over Biola. The Panthers improved to 5-1 to continue their best start to a season since joining the SCIAC.

Men’s Water Polo got off to a hot start on a hot day to open the 2022 season. The Panthers took care of the Ottawa (Ariz.) Spirit 14-9 behind six goals from sophomore Everett Prussak.
