Women's swimming earns third consecutive academic award

For the third semester in a row, the Chapman University women’s swimming and diving team has earned the Scholar All-American Team award from the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for the Fall 2011 semester.

Chapman University sophomore women’s swimmer Julie Case has been named SCIAC Female Athlete of the Week for the week of Feb. 6-12. The Greenwich, Conn. native becomes the first Chapman women's athlete to earn the honor since joining the SCIAC and second athlete overall.
11 women's swimming school records fall at PCSC Championships

The Chapman University women’s swimming team broke 11 school records at the four-day Pacific Collegiate Swim Conference (PCSC) Championships at La Mirada Regional Aquatic Center over the weekend. The team set more school records at the 2012 Championships than any previous year.

Chapman University’s women’s swimming and diving teams sprung into their first intercollegiate competitions of the season this weekend. The Panthers’ swim team placed seventh out of eight teams at the Redlands Invitational on Saturday with an overall score of 53.5.
