Academic achievements recognized for swimming & diving
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – For the 12th consecutive semester, both Chapman University swimming & diving teams were recognized as Scholar All-America teams by the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA).
Chapman's women's team had another outstanding semester with 3.50 team GPA. The men's team posted a solid 3.05 GPA to make the list. The CSCAA honors teams from all divisions of college swimming with a 3.0 team GPA or above.
A total of 185 women's teams and 134 men's teams earned the academic distinction in Division III but a total of 480 institutions across all divisions made the list for the 2019 spring semester.
Founded in 1922, the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) – the oldest organization of college coaches in America – is a professional organization of college swimming and diving coaches dedicated to serving and providing leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming & diving at the collegiate level.
