ORANGE, Calif. – The Chapman University men's and women's swimming & diving teams earned Scholar All-America recognition from the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America. The award recognizes collegiate teams for academic achievement in the Fall semester.

Under first-year head coach Juliet Suess, the Chapman women's team put together a strong 3.48 team GPA to earn the award for Fall 2022. The men's team also had a solid semester in the classroom, posting a 3.38 team GPA.

In total, the CSCAA recognized 803 teams from 479 institutions in all three levels of the NCAA, as well as the NAIA and NJCAA. The Scholar All-America team awards are issued every semester to team with a 3.0 team GPA or higher.
