Lewis adds to legacy with invite to NCAA Championships

INDIANAPOLIS – Senior Emily Lewis continued to establish school history as she became the first Chapman female golfer to earn a bid to the NCAA Championships. Lewis was one of five individuals selected to compete among the tournament field.

In just the third year of program history, the Panthers will be represented at the NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championships. In those three years, Lewis has established the Chapman record book and added to her legacy with a bid to the four-round championship event May 14-17 in Houston, Texas at Bay Oaks Country Club.

The senior from Los Alamitos, Calif. was a three-time All-SCIAC selection and team captain. She most recently finished seventh at the SCIAC Championships.
