ORANGE, Calif. – The Chapman University women's lacrosse team got a senior-night victory tonight against the visiting Redlands, coming from behind to win 11-6. Seniors Becka Wachtel and Stacey Zuppa led the offense on their night, each recording a hat trick.

Redlands went up 3-0 in the first three minutes of the game with goals from Hannah Morford and Adi Fellows. Chapman responded, scoring three goals of their own in the first half.

The second half saw plenty of scoring, as Chapman netted eight more goals to claim the victory. The Panthers' scoring was finished off by senior Tessa Oliaro, who scored with just over two minutes left in the game.

Senior goalkeeper Tara Sonnemaker played all 60 minutes, tallying seven saves.

The Panthers return to Wilson Field on Wed. night at 7pm for the final regular-season home game of the year as they take on Claremont-Mudd-Scripps.
