Valeri selected for SCIAC weekly award

ORANGE, Calif. – Freshman Corinn Valeri landed SCIAC women's lacrosse Offensive Athlete of the Year after helping the Panthers to a season-ending blowout win. The Panthers downed Whittier 21-6 in the final event on campus.

Valeri scored four times and had an assist in the Panthers' final match of the season. She kept paces with senior Leah Donnelly for the team lead with 12 goals in the Panthers' seven matches. Valeri had two assists as well, giving her 14 points for the season. Her four goals were the most of her young career.

The Panthers ended the shortened season 3-4 with a 3-3 mark in the SCIAC.
