Pelton named to IWLCA All-Region Second Team

ORANGE, Calif — On Thursday, May 19 Sophie Pelton was named to the IWLCA All-Region West Second Team.

The second year defender had a dominant season, being the only member of the Panthers to be named to an All-Region team. She was also one of the four defenders named to the 16-person squad.

Pelton was great this season keeping a stout defensive line for the Panthers, causing 12 turnovers and picking up 28 ground balls.
