Holloway selected to Scholar All-West Region Second Team

ORANGE, Calif. – Senior Faith Holloway added another academic award to her resume this morning, earning United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Scholar All-West Region Second Team honors.

This is the third academic award the defender earned after helping the Chapman women's soccer team to an 11-4-3 overall record and a No. 3 seed in the SCIAC Postseason Tournament. Holloway earned Academic All-District and All-America honors earlier this month.

The Rocklin, Calif. native started all four years for the Panthers, anchoring the back line and ranking second all-time at Chapman with 6,353 minutes played. Holloway also posted a perfect 4.0 GPA with a Biological Sciences major throughout her four years in the classroom.

She is a four-time All-SCIAC honoree and a two-time All-West Region selection. She is also a two-time Academic All-American after earning the honor in her junior and senior campaigns. Holloway is one of the most decorated women's soccer student-athletes to wear a Panther uniform.
