Men's golf concludes fall season, Lu takes third

ORANGE, Calif. – The Chapman men's golf team wrapped up the fall season and took third overall in the Chapman Quad Match at Anaheim Hills Golf Club over the weekend. Freshman Bradley Lu took third overall scoring 143 (+1) in the two-round tournament.

On Saturday, Lu shot three-over par with a 74 followed by a Sunday performance of two-below with a 69. Lu was trailed closely by classmate Dylan Horowitz who tied for fourth overall with a 147 (+5), two-over par on Saturday and 3-over on Sunday.

Freshman Rodrigo Duran tied for 11th with two others scoring 153 (+11) trailed by Sophomore Charlie Shumway who secured 14th with a 154 (+12).

The Panthers finished with an overall score of 596 (+28) ahead of Whittier but trailing La Verne and Occidental. Chapman wraps up the fall season with the third place finish and will return in the spring of 2022.
