Bland earns SCIAC honors second week in a row

ORANGE, Calif. – Senior women's soccer player Kelsey Bland earned SCIAC weekly honors after tallying 11 more saves this past week in a 3-0 victory over Redlands and a 2-0 loss to Pomona-Pitzer.

Bland has currently totaled 45 saves on the season, she secured nine in the loss to the Sagehens on Saturday and two against the Bulldogs off of their two shots on goal in the game.

Bland is currently ranked third in the SCIAC in save percentage with .849 in her 10 games played, she currently holds a 0.78 goals against average and ranks fifth in the SCIAC.

The Panthers hit the road Tues., Oct. 19 to face the Redlands Bulldogs in their second matchup of the season.
