Chiang, Bridges combine for eight goals in senior day W

ORANGE, Calif. — Seniors Camille Chiang and Julia Bridges combined for eight goals as the Panthers took home a 15-7 senior day victory over Caltech on Saturday, April 15.

While the Panthers entered the second quarter down 4-2 in the final home game of the season, there was a lot for the fans to cheer about the remainder of the game as Chapman would score four unanswered in the second and outscore the Beavers 6-1 in the third.

Chiang posted five goals, so she now sits at 112 on her career, while Bridges added three to the ledger. Bridges added three assists as well. Alyssa Fricker also tallied three goals in today's game. She looks to eclipse 70 goals scored on the season, she's one away at 69.

Georgina Burton had a great day at goal collecting 13 saves.

The Panthers finished the home slate on a high note with a victory, now moving to 8-18 on the season and 3-7 in SCIAC play. They'll return to the pool on Wednesday to take on Occidental in Eagle Rock at 7 p.m.
