John Joyce & Nick Dragovich - Men's Basketball

The Chapman big men John Joyce and Nick Dragovich turned in strong performances this week on the way to the Panthers winning their first-ever SCIAC postseason tournament championship.

Joyce proved a formidable force down lowin the Panthers' first round matchup against Pomona-Pitzer, Joyce scoring 16 points and pulling down seven rebounds. The Chapman center added 17 points and nine rebounds in the SCIAC Tournament final against Cal Lutheran. In the two games this week, Joyce missed only one shot, going 8-for-9 and 6-for-6 from the field, respectively.

Dragovich also had a strong showing as he notched 16 points alongside 13 rebounds against Cal Lu in the SCIAC title game, earning his team-leading sixth double-double of the season.
