HOME OPENER
• Chapman takes on Whitworth for its 2015 home-opener. The Panthers play five of their final eight games at home.
• In the last three years, Chapman is 11-2 at home and is looking to match the 2012 season when the Panthers were a perfect 4-0 at Ernie Chapman Stadium.

MCKIBBINS CHASING HISTORY
• Senior RB Jeremiah McKibbins is a little over a field length from furher rooting himself in Chapman history. He is 110 yards away from breaking Chapman's all-time rushing record.
• After a 62-yard game last week, McKibbins has rushed for 2,226 yards in his career. The current school record is at 2,333 yards.
• McKibbins also added another record against Linfield with his 28th career rushing TD on Chapman's first drive of the game. Previously, he was tied for the school record with 27.

LAST TIME WE MET
• The last time Whitworth and Chapman met on the gridiron, Chapman ran up a 49-20 lead in the 3rd quarter before surrendering two late scores for a 49-34 final score. Both teams combined for over 1,000 yards of offense with the Panthers eating up nearly 250 yards on the ground.

COACH O GOES FOR 5-0
• In his 10th season at Chapman, head coach Bob Owens is going for his 50th win. The 2014 SCIAC Coach of the Year will be the first coach in Chapman's history to reach 50 wins. He ended last season tied with Ken Visser for the most in Panther history with 49 wins.

DEMARCO STEPS IN FRONT
• With his interception at Linfield, senior Drew DeMarco has picked off at least one pass in each of his four years at Chapman. It was his sixth career interception, hauling in one as a freshman, two as a sophomore and two more as a junior.
