Golin notches All-SCIAC Second Team honors

ORANGE, Calif — Alexis Golin was selected to the All-SCIAC Second Team on Wednesday, May 5 after an incredible first-year campaign. Golin went 10-6 overall in her singles matches in the third singles slot. She also went 4-3 in SCIAC third singles matches including an impressive win over Caltech, 6-7, 6-4, 10-3. In her doubles matches, Golin alongside Goldie La won four matches including three in SCIAC. Her and Lucy Erickson, who also competed with Golin in doubles, won three matches. Golin and women's tennis ended in fifth place in the SCIAC with a 9-8 overall record, and 3-4 conference record.
