Women's water polo falls to Concordia (Calif.)

ORANGE, Calif — Women's Water Polo dropped its second contest of the season to the tune of a 15-5 loss to the Concordia (Calif.) Eagles.

Julia Bridges led the way offensively tallying a hat trick. Kasey Markell and Camille Chiang added goals for the Panthers as well.

One of the few bright spots for Chapman was the play of Georgina Burton who came into goal in the second half. With the score already at 11-1, Burton held the Eagles to just four goals in the final 16 minutes.

Chapman returns to the pool next week, though they will not be in California. The Panthers will be in New Jersey to compete in the Princeton tournament Feb. 24-26.
