2013 ALL-ACADEMIC TEAM (SCIAC)

2013: Set school record in men's 8-kilometers with a time of 25:55.8 at the NCAA West Region Championships...placed 18th in the West Region and earned All-Region honors...placed 15th at SCIAC Championships...

2012: Finished first amongst his teammates in all six races he competed in...finished 29th at the SCIAC Championships on Oct. 27, recording a time of 27:30.32...finished 43rd overall at the NCAA Division III West Regionals with a season-best time of 25:57.91.

HS: two-time All-League selection…selected as Most Improved…Team MVP as a senior…two-sport athlete in cross country and track…two-year track captain…Scholar Athlete recipient.
