ORANGE, Calif. – Freshman Reid Omilian was named the SCIAC Diver of the Week after a standout performance on Friday. In his first 11-dive meet of the season, Omilian posted regional qualifying scores on both boards.

The freshman from Vail, Colo. broke the school record with an outstanding score of 498.85 on the 1-meter board, surpassing the qualifying mark by over 70 points.

On the 3-meter, he posted another qualifying score of 466.80. On the 3-meter board, he went back and forth with teammate Jake Randazzo but it was Randazzo who grabbed the victory by five points on the final dive.
