Track & field continues season at All-Comers Meet

ORANGE, Calif. – The Chapman University track & field teams travelled to the Pomona-Pitzer All-Comers meet for their third meet of the season. Freshman Adva Shilon broke the school record in the pole vault to provide one of the highlights of the meet.

Shilon cleared 3.05 meters (10-feet) to break the school record in the pole vault. In the men's pole vault, Jess McMillan had a personal-best mark as well. McMillan cleared 4.25m (13-feet, 11.25-inches) – the best mark in Chapman's Division III history.

Katarina MAric came in third in the 400m hurdles with a time of 1:09.75. Michael Crumby ran a 16.33 in the 110m hurdles to take fifth. Jason Dillon finished fifth in the 400m hurdles with a time of 59.67.

Donovan Wilson just missed the fastest 200m time in Chapman's Division III history, running a 22.37 to take sixth overall.

The Panthers head back to Claremont, Calif. next week for the Rossi Relays.
