Fans of Chapman athletics past and present, time is running out to recognize your favorite Panthers in honor of Chapman University’s 150th Anniversary Celebration. As part of the birthday festivities, Chapman is asking for your nominations for its “150 Faces of Chapman,” a campaign to recognize 150 individuals whose talents, accomplishments, leadership and support have made a remarkable difference to the university and in the world.

The Chapman University women’s crew team competed in the 38th Annual San Diego Crew Classic on Saturday and Sunday. The Panthers finished sixth in the six-boat San Diego Zoo and Safari Park Cup on Saturday.

Chapman University's women's crew team got a big lift from its doubles boat on Sunday in a home event in the Newport Harbor featuring visiting U.C. Irvine, U.C. Santa Barbara and Cal State Long Beach. The Panthers placed second in the pairs race, just 4 seconds behind U.C. Santa Barbara's first place boat.
