Chapman University student-athletes set a new school record with 281 individuals earning SCIAC All-Academic recognition. The 281 individuals to earn the annual academic recognition are 22 more than year’s record-breaking number. The SCIAC annually recognizes student-athletes who have been at their institution for at least one academic year and finished the school year with a 3.4 cumulative GPA or better.

The Chapman University women’s golf team finished in fifth at the SCIAC Championships at Tukwet Golf Course. Kristen Lee led the team in 12th on the individual leaderboard.

Day two is in the books at the SCIAC Championship and women’s golf still sits at fifth place heading into the final day on Tuesday, Apr. 26. Five out of the six Panthers posted the same score or better in round two.

Men’s and Women’s golf will compete in the SCIAC Championships at the Morongo Canyon Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon this weekend in Beaumont. The tournament kicks off on Sunday, Apr. 22 and will conclude on Tuesday the 24th.

Rachel Truong finished in the top-10 and the Chapman University women’s golf team took fourth at SCIAC #2 at Mountain Meadows Golf Course. The Panthers took eight strokes off their team score on Sunday to stay in fourth place.

The Chapman University women’s golf team opened the spring season at SCIAC #1 over the weekend with senior Kristen Lee leading the way to a fourth-place finish. Lee’s second round scorecard equaled the best round of her career.

The Chapman University women’s golf team wrapped up its fall season with a first-place finish in the Chapman Quad match over the weekend. Senior Kristen Lee blew away the competition to take medalist honors.

After a school-record breaking season-opening effort, the Chapman University women’s golf team jumped into the Women’s Golf Coaches Association’s national rankings. The Panthers debuted in the rankings at No. 19.

School records fell as the Chapman University women’s golf team opened the 2021 fall season with a fourth-place finish at the CA State Intercollegiate on Monday and Tuesday. Two single round records fell in Tuesday’s second round with sophomore Kaila Higgins’ record-breaking effort leading the team to a program low score.
